　　At the "Home Distribution Mechanical and Electrical Industry Service Provider Leadership Summit" held on December 10, Qingyu Technical Director used the theme of "Full-cycle Energy Saving Design of Large House Mechanical and Electrical Systems" to deeply analyze the triple needs of high-end residential users for environmental comfort, energy consumption efficiency and space aesthetics. He pointed out that Dazhai’s electromechanical system needs to break through the single-device thinking and shift to a “system integration + scene adaptation” model. For example, the Herring white crystal floor heating board achieves a thermal conductivity of ≤0.028W/(m·K) through a nanoscale closed-pore structure, saving 15% energy compared with traditional materials; its mushroom head lock design increases construction efficiency by 40%, perfectly matching the rapid delivery needs of large spaces such as villas and clubs.

　　At the exhibition site, the "Wuheng System Supporting Auxiliary Material Package" highlighted by Qingyu attracted attention. This solution integrates floor heating insulation panels, air conditioning radiant panels, cold radiation modules and intelligent temperature control systems to achieve independent control of temperature and humidity through material collaboration. Taking a 1,000-square-meter villa project in Shaoxing as an example, after the system was put into operation, the room temperature in winter fluctuated by ≤1℃, and the energy consumption was reduced by 22% compared with the traditional solution, which was highly recognized by the owners.

　　Product iteration: from single auxiliary material to system solution

　　The Qingyu booth is designed with "technical visualization" as its design concept and has four major experience areas:

　　Materials laboratory: Comparative display of the compressive strength of white crystal boards and ordinary extruded boards (herring product reaches more than 500kPa) and environmental protection level (passed the German Eurofins test, the formaldehyde emission is close to zero);

　　Construction simulation area: The entire process of floor heating laying is restored through AR technology, focusing on demonstrating the "dry modular installation method". The construction area can reach 500 square meters in a single day;

　　System integration area: Presents the linkage scene between Wuheng system and smart home. Users can adjust temperature and humidity, fresh air volume and energy consumption data in real time through the mobile terminal;

　　Case display area: Videos of benchmark projects in which Qingyu participated, such as Shanghai Tower and Hangzhou Asian Games Village, are scrolled to highlight its technological accumulation in the fields of super high-rise buildings and large-scale public buildings.

　　Ecological co-construction: working with channel partners to develop incremental markets

　　During the conference, Qingyu announced the launch of the "Spark Plan" to recruit 100 regional service providers across the country to provide full empowerment from product training, solution design to after-sales support. According to the channel director of Qingyu, the company will focus on the high-end residential market in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta in 2025. It is expected to invest 50 million yuan in the research and development of a new generation of phase change energy storage materials, with the goal of achieving a market share of more than 30% in the electromechanical system of large houses within three years.
